Trade Athletes ("we", "us", "our") operates the sports trading exchange at playersfx.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share your personal information when you use our platform and services.
When you create a Trade Athletes account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information. During identity verification (KYC), we may collect government-issued identification documents and proof of address. We also collect usage data including trading activity, order history, portfolio holdings, wallet transactions, device information, IP addresses, and browser type.
Your information is used to: operate and maintain the Trade Athletes trading exchange; process deposits, withdrawals, and USDC transactions; execute and settle trades on your behalf; verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering regulations; personalize your trading experience and provide market insights; send trade confirmations, order updates, and account notifications; detect and prevent fraud, market manipulation, and unauthorized access; improve our platform, algorithms, and user experience.
Trade Athletes processes financial transactions exclusively in USDC (USD Coin). We store records of all deposits, withdrawals, trades, commissions, dividends, and portfolio valuations. Transaction data is retained for regulatory compliance purposes. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details directly — all payment processing is handled by licensed third-party payment providers.
We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL); secure data storage with AES-256 encryption at rest; two-factor authentication (2FA) for account access; regular security audits and penetration testing; role-based access controls for employee data access. Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
